  Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Phone 8 note. Originally wanted the plus, but was not available at the store. Fine. Spent hours in the store to get the phone setup. Fine. Then was pitched a promotion from the sales associate that pertained to getting a Samsung camera for free with purchasing a Samsung phone. Just to find out that the promotion Samsung offered had expired before I even step foot into this location. Called the woman who set up my phone frustrated. All she was good for was telling me how it's not there issue and that I need to take it up with Samsung. Kept on arguing round and around with just her giving me the talk off. Then she claims that she didn't even know that the promotion expired until after calling her today. Keep in my mind this is now 10 days later after I purchased the phone from. After getting heated, she then hangs the phone up on our conversation. Never in my life have I ever witnessed such bad service from any business. I would encourage not to shop at this location and if you do, avoid Meghan the associate. Terrible.
